This $1.3 billion BART project involved construction of multi-level parking structures, a BART/San Bruno police station, pedestrian bridge, and below grade passenger stations with elevators, escalators, signage, fare collection system and ticket vending machines. In addition the project involved the reconstruction of several adjacent city roadways. |

| Project Responsibilities | |||||
As part of the BART Expansion project, Summit Associates provided structural, civil and welding inspection staff augmentation to support construction of the new San Bruno and South San Francisco BART stations project. Summit Associates representatives prepared daily reports, contract change orders, punch lists, deficiency notices, progress reports, plan checks, contractor's monthly payment applications and attended weekly construction meetings with contractors and stakeholders. Inspection services included roadway, SWPPP, utility, landscape and specialized CWI/NDT personnel for structural steel and bolting inspection.. |
